Legal Notes
Kuwait is an Islam state,
and whilst generally the Kuwaiti population and law enforcement are tolerant,
care should be exercised not to offend Kuwaiti nationals or break the law.

able to hear a call to prayer wherever you are in Kuwait, however there are also
churches for Christian residents, Protestants, and Greek Orthodox. Christians
and other religious minorities enjoy an unusual amount of religious freedom.
Today, the state authorities officially recognize three principal churches: the
National Evangelical Church of Kuwait (Protestant), the Roman Catholic Church,
and the Roman Orthodox Church.
