Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years experience in Operational Planning, Operations and Process Engineering in refinery and good knowledge on Linear Programming (LP) models, economics, planning and marketing of crude oil and petroleum products.

Complete knowledge of refineries process units basic function and their internal steams integration along with Oil Movements Systems and inter refinery transfer systems.(Integration, Limitations & Capabilities).

Understanding of HC Supply Chain Process and Economic & Extensive knowledge and use LP model (PIMS).
