Visas
UAE exercises a visa system for all foreign visitors, and a
residency system for expatriates working in UAE. Subject to certain nationality requirements you may be able
to obtain a visa upon entry, however you should check prior to travelling.
VISITS
A visit visa is required to travel to UAE , however as above
it may be possible to obtain upon entry. A visit visa can be obtained by:
Application
from a Company registered in UAE.
Application
from a Family member, resident of UAE.

WORKING
A working expatriate must obtain a work visa, followed by
residency formalities in order to legally work in UAE. The following
procedure is required to be completed:

If the
person is already resident in UAE and transferable with an NOC from their
current employer, then the time period would be reduced to a maximum of one
week.
