Minimum of 8 years diversified experience in mechanical engineering including design and project engineering activities in higher technology industry, preferably in refineries or petrochemical plants |

strong knowledge of engineering standards and codes, cost estimating, refinery equipment testing, inspection and operations. |

Experience with project documentation and tender preparation |

Ability to review and approve third-party designs in compliance with KNPC standards and Excellent communication and coordination skills |
