Executive Brief
 
Min Qualification Degree in Engineering or Geology/Geophysics. 
Min Experience Minimum 8 years of technical experience in HR with experience in the Training & Development function preferably in upstream oil & gas industry. 
Experience1 Experience in analyzing technical staff training needs. Experience in developing training plans. 
Experience2 Perform Training and Career Development activities e.g. execution of Individual Development Plans, registration, monitoring, course booking for HO employees. 
Experience3 Must be able to gauge and conduct analysis of employee competencies and identify employee gaps for further training and building skill.
