Executive Brief
 
Min Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration or any other related discipline.
 
Min Experience Minimum 10 years’ varied experience in job analysis / description / evaluation , data collection, work documentation, conducting surveys, studies and analysis on job / organization structure and developing job Evaluation plan.
Analyses, Performs and follows up on a variety of activities pertaining to job analysis / description / evaluation within Client Head Office preparing job description and finalizing job grade.
 
Experience1 Prepares job description showing all the individual tasks in logical order / importance and the minimum job requirements, Also, analysis the finalized job description and evaluates them in accordance with the established job Evaluation plan.
Checks, verifies the job description.
Reviews and discusses with the concerned personnel pf the subject job regarding clarifications and/ or additional information for the purpose of verifying and confirming the actual tasks and functions performed.
 
Experience2 Inspects & verifies documents, files, records, pertaining to the jobs to ensure clesr demarcation of authority and functions vis-a –vis other related jobs in the organization.
Collates individual tasks in logical sequence in the order of importance, and prepares job description including minimum job requirements, for the review and approval by superiors.
 
Experience3 Analyses finalized job description for evaluation purposes, compares them with other similar/ related jobs and prepares their preliminary evaluation in accordance with established job Evaluation plan.
Liaises with Client counterparts for seeking / issuing any related information on job description, established grades, etc , of such subject jobs under evaluation / re- evaluation / investigation or ant other relevant issues.
Very good knowledge of English Languages.
Very good knowledge of PC skills and application.
