B.E (Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering) with minimum 10 years of related experience in Fertilizer Plant in similar capacity.

Conduct failure analysis and corrosion rates of critical equipment and piping using metallographic techniques. Carries out survey of plant equipment and piping to check corrosion rates before and during plant shut downs.

Specialized in all welding technologies used in ammonia and urea plants and recommend and approve welding procedures and welders qualification.

| Experience2 |
Develop and specify material of construction for new and modified equipment in the plant for new projects. Review piping specifications and develop new piping specs whenever required for new projects.

| Experience3 |
Knowledge of ASME/API/BS/TEMA codes / standards is essentials. Shall be fully conversant with ASME sections. Fully conversant with NDT techniques, Radiographic interpretations.
