Reports to Terminal Manager, responsible for all aspects of port marine operations, develop and implement Terminal QSHE plan, Coordination etc.

Implements operations and maintenance plan, supervises and trains Terminal Supervisors and Operators. Assists administration and reporting functions to Terminal Manager.
