The contractor is responsible to build the project and other personnel are assigned to inspect and commission the project, this person will need to have the knowledge and expertise to fully comprehend the mechanical and electrical systems, understand the technical issues and contribute to problem solving sessions, and anticipate possible risks/issues that could affect the project’s success |
