B.S. or higher Degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
Advanced knowledge of discipline technical theory and mastery of software systems.

Demonstrated expertise in reservoir flow simulation using Exlipse, VIP, or others.
Working knowledge of 3D geologic models (Petrel, etc.) as input to simulation.
Proven success identifying and executing value-added projects.

Reserves Development, Management
Participates in the design and surveillance of water flood and stream injection pilots.
Designs, implements and supports operations with reservoir development plans.
Participates and supports drilling / workover / conversion projects utilizing reservoir surveillance processes.

Provides reservoir engineering support for a multi discipline integrated Reservoir Management Team (RMT).
Develops plan with Geologist and Geophysicist for data acquisition needs in support of reservoir studies (seismic, well logs, etc.) including project plans and cost estimates.

Participates in Post-Assessment of development projects.
Reservoir Management.
Prioritizes and coordinates reservoir surveillance and key data acquisition with production engineering.
Supports the reserves process.
