| Min Qualification |
The candidate should have a Technical Education in an Engineering discipline to the level of at least Diploma.

| Min Experience |
Minimum 10-15 years experience in Petrochemical industry covering maintenance work preparation activities and/or shutdown preparation.
|
| Experience1 |
The application of risk and reliability centered maintenance techniques, inspection and best practice maintenance execution would be advantageous.
Exposure to a quality management systems is required.

| Experience2 |
Other necessary qualifications include proven supervisory skills and English writing skills and a focus on continuous self-learning and improvement.

| Experience3 |
A working knowledge of the Primavera Planning/scheduling software would be advantageous.
|
