| Min Qualification |
The candidate should have a technical education in an engineering discipline to the level of at least Diploma.

| Min Experience |
Minimum 10-15 years experience in Petrochemical industry covering shutdown maintenance work preparation activities.

| Experience1 |
The application of risk assessment matrix and reliability centered maintenance techniques, inspection and best practice maintenance execution would be advantageous.

| Experience2 |
Exposure to a quality management system is required. Other necessary qualifications include proven supervisory skills contract scope development, English writing skills and a focus on continuous self-learning and improvement.

| Experience3 |
A working knowledge of the Primavera Planning/scheduling software would be advantageous.
