Technical Certificate or Diploma.

| Min Experience |
Minimum 8 years Operational experience in Air Separation Unit, air compressions, Liquefied oxygen, or in Utility operations or in gas plants, refineries or chemical plant including working with contractors during, (pre) commissioning and start-up experience is preferable.

| Experience1 |
Proven track record in the position of Panel Operator backed up by working experience in any of the following operations:
Air Separation Unit, air compressor and Liquid oxygen
Any other utilities operations (steam & Power)
Process Plant (Refinery, Gas plant, petrochemicals).

| Experience2 |
Good knowledge of computerized systems for data collection, analysis and reporting.
Demonstrate ability to work in a team of operators in a multicultural environment and must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

| Experience3 |
Fluency in English both in writing and verbal is mandatory.
Understands and is able to change conditions on the unit to meet targets and specs.
