Technical Certificate or Diploma.

| Min Experience |
Minimum 8 years Operational experience preferably in gas plants, or in refineries including working with contractors during, (pre) commissioning and start-up is preferable.

| Experience1 |
Proven track record in the position of Panel Operator, backed up by working experience in any of the following operations:
Off shore Gas/Oil production unit
On shore Gas/Oil production unit
Gas Treatment plant, with if possible experience in sour gas treatment and sulphur removal
Refinery gas plants.

| Experience2 |
Good knowledge of computerized systems for data collection, analysis and reporting.
Demonstrate ability to work in a team of operators in a multicultural environment and must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Fluency in English both in writing and verbal is mandatory.
Understands and is able to change conditions on the unit to meet targets and specs.
