Technical Certificate or Diploma.

| Min Experience |
Minimum 5-8 years Operational experience in Air Separation Unit, air compressions, Liquefied oxygen, or in Utility operations or in gas plants, refineries or chemical plants including working with contractors during, (pre) commissioning and start-up is preferable.

Proven track record in the position of Field Operator, backed up by working experience in any of the following operations:
Air Separation Unit, air compressor, liquid oxygen
Any other utilities operations (steam & Power)
Process Plant (Refinery, gas plant, petrochemicals).

Demonstrate ability to work in a team of operators in a multicultural environment and must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Fluency in English both in writing and verbal is mandatory.

| Experience3 |
Understands and can identify when a unit or piece of equipment is deemed unsafe to continue running and can implement the shutting down of the unit.
Determine maintenance techniques appropriate to operational requirements and equipment integrity.
Can identify when equipment is requiring urgent maintenance.
