| Min Experience |
Minimum 5-8 years Operational experience preferably in gas plants or in refineries including working with contractors during, (pre) commissioning and start-up is preferable.

| Experience1 |
Proven track record in the position of Senior Operator, backed up by working experience in any of the following operations:
Off shore Gas / Oil production unit
On shore Gas / Oil production unit
Gas Treatment plant, with if possible experience in sour gas treatment and sulphur removal Refinery gas plants.

| Experience2 |
Demonstrate ability to work in a team of operators in a multicultural environment and must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Fluency in English both in writing and verbal is mandatory.

| Experience3 |
Understands and can identify when a unit or piece of equipment is deemed unsafe to continue running and can implement the shutting down of the unit.
Determine maintenance techniques appropriate to operational requirements and equipment integrity.
Can identify when equipment is requiring urgent maintenance.
