| Min Experience |
Minimum 5 years Operational experience in preferably in Gas plants or in refineries including working with contractors during (pre) commissioning and start-up.

| Experience1 |
Proven track record in the position of Field Operator, backed up by working experience in any of the following operations:
Off shore production unit
On shore production unit
Gas Treatment plant, with if possible experience in sour gas treatment and sulphur removal Refinery gas plants.

| Experience2 |
Demonstrate ability to work in a team of operators in a multicultural environment and must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Fluency in English both in writing and verbal is mandatory. |
| Experience3 |
Understands and can identify when a unit or piece of equipment is deemed unsafe to continue running.
Can identify when equipment is requiring urgent maintenance.
