Investigates any shortfalls/over orders/wrong orders with vendors. Manages all interfaces between the SCM Department and internal and external customers with regards to PO delivery.
Informs Proponents on any irregularities in a timely fashion.
Tracks KPI on particular assigned vendors and reports monthly or ad hoc as required.
