Handles all assigned site construction supervision work which includes: scrutinize and interpret drawings, supervise contractors, exercise site control, prepare cost estimates, produce technical specifications, evaluate technical submittals, produce project schedules, maintain project files and site records and evaluate payments to contractors. |
