Higher National Certificate from Business & Technical Education Council (BTEC), or equivalent qualification. |

Minimum 3 years of experience. Ability to competently compose letters, memorandums and reports. Good English language skills, both verbal and written. |

Basic knowledge of personal computer database and spreadsheet software (preferably Paradox and Microsoft Excel) to prepare a variety of reports on contract manpower usage, bid analysis, etc. |

Ability to prepare the appropriate Commercial Specifications (for non-technical contracts) by making modification of existing documents. |
| Experience3 |
Ability to check bids submitted by Contractors and prepare Bid Summaries. Ability to prepare Tender Packages for Contracts, Purchase Orders and Variation Orders. |
