Executive Brief
 
Min Qualification Higher National Certificate from Business & Technical Education Council (BTEC), or equivalent qualification. 
Min Experience Minimum 3 years of experience. Ability to competently compose letters, memorandums and reports. Good English language skills, both verbal and written. 
Experience1 Basic knowledge of personal computer database and spreadsheet software (preferably Paradox and Microsoft Excel) to prepare a variety of reports on contract manpower usage, bid analysis, etc. 
Experience2 Ability to prepare the appropriate Commercial Specifications (for non-technical contracts) by making modification of existing documents. 
Experience3 Ability to check bids submitted by Contractors and prepare Bid Summaries. Ability to prepare Tender Packages for Contracts, Purchase Orders and Variation Orders.
