A University Degree or Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent. |

Five (5) years practical Quantity Surveying experience with at least one (1) year in refinery or process plant construction and maintenance work (for surveyors services) |

A sound knowledge of construction, engineering practice and Quantity Surveying methods. Ability to use first principles of estimating in establishing unit rates. |

A sound experience in all aspects of contracts administration. Must hold a valid driving license. |
| Experience3 |
A good knowledge of personal computers, database and spreadsheets (Microsoft Office) with an ability to produce relevant reports and statistics. Good English language skills, both verbal and written. |
